Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Securely
Place the unused fragrance in its original box and use a protective shipping carton to ensure the bottle arrives back to us safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
